Delivery

1. All shipping rates are in Australian Dollar (AUD). Please use a currency converter for your local currencies
2. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery times differ based on the delivery location and provider.
3. Australian Orders (Includes promotional items)
   • Flat-Rate $5.95 for the first item is charged for orders below $75
   • Flat-Rate $2 for the additional item is charged for orders below $75
   • Standard Free Shipping is eligible for orders above $75
   • Express Shipping – Flat $10.95 is charged for the first item any order value and $2 for the additional item
4. International Orders (Includes promotional items)
   • Flat-Rate of $20 for the first item is charged
   • Flat-Rate of $5 for the additional items is charged
   • Express Shipping – Flat $35 is charged for the first item any order value and $10 for the additional item
5. Any customs, tariff, duty, excise, etc charges incurred will not be included and not taken care by Warrina Designs. Customer is solely responsible for taking care of these procedures and charges. However, any information required for the procedures will be provided
6. Return or exchange of products will be accepted within 28 days of the purchase. The goods should be unworn and in resalable condition with all original tags and packaging. Please email your returns/exchange request to warrina@ariadis.com.au quoting your order number and reason for returns or exchange
7. The postage for returns or exchange shall be paid by the customer. In case of a refund, original postage charges would be deducted from the invoice amount. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunds to process
8. No returns will be accepted on sale items
